• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS or FedEx.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
• Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

RETURN POLICY

• We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Admin@certifiedcrown.com and provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
