Before Certified existed our Founder Nando Mondragon and his father and our go to guy Santiago Mondragon owned Dragon Lowriders for over 10 years right in the heart of Denver.
It was a staple in our community just like Certified Tattoo Studios is now.
The skeleton represents that the low ride scene will never die and will always be a part of the culture!
